Business owners, trade associations, owners and officers of businesses that are likely to be affected by the proposal to allow sidewalk vending in the City of Las Vegas, as well as other interested persons, may submit comments, data or arguments to the city concerning whether any of the provisions of the upcoming proposal being presented to City Council will impose a direct and significant economic burden upon a business, or directly restrict the formation, operation, or expansion of a business. Comments, etc. may be submitted via the online survey or by mail or hand delivery to:
