We had a fantastic turnout for our first post-Covid Breakfast with the Board this week at Golden Fog Coffee on Casino Center. A score of small business owners and community stakeholders joined us to chat with Councilwoman Diaz and her team about community developments and concerns. Diaz's team filled us in on the upcoming infrastructure improvement timeline, and community stakeholders were able to connect, share upcoming events and openings, and discuss common concerns: parking, affordability, and safety. It was a great start to the morning, and everyone left having made at least one new connection in their 18b community. We aim to start hosting these events monthly at different businesses in the Arts District and they are open to everyone, so we hope to see you soon!
